Question by : Why can’t I find any pictures/decorating ideas for my 13 year old son’s room on the internet?
My son recently turned 13 and of course wants to redecorate his room. I can find a lot of sites with color samples, but cannot find 1 site that gives decorating ideas in picture form. Does anyone have any ideas or free webistes that I can look at?

You need to go to the magazine web sites..like better home and gardens. Also the big furniture stores should have all kinds of info for you too.

Does everything in Interior Design depends on computers and not by hand anymore?

Question by Jaycee: Does everything in Interior Design depends on computers and not by hand anymore?
I mean, is it really necessary to process things through computer programs in interior designing and not manually? I draw a lot better by hand, and can’t get the same thing on the computer, do all interior design colleges/jobs really demand to be all high-tech? What chances do I have if I do things better manually?

You begin with manual projects, but they will give you lessons on the programs. and they will be better for you because you will be able to finish your designs faster. so yes it has to be with using the computer.

Cherry Blossom Sakura Tree Nail Art Design Tutorial

Hello You Guys!!! It has been a long while that I wanted to make a cherry blossom nail art design, but I wanted to find the perfect background color, & I knew I did not want a solid color. So this week I am walking in my local grocery store & I came across a tea beverage, & what do I find in the can? Yes! the perfect color for my design. After seeing this beautiful light green in different tones & the beautiful Sakura branches it came to me. I got home & looked for a light frosty green & a solid green, & thats the story for this design. I know, I sound like a crazy person…lol… but I wanted to share this little story with you because I receive the question where did you get the inspiration for this nail art design? So here it is. Another thing new that happened this week is I changed my basecoat, my favorite all time basecoat was Sally Hansens Nail Quencher, & its discontinued. Because I stocked up good I was able to continue using it for alot longer, but this week I finished my last bottle. I went searching for a new basecoat & I found one that I liked its by Nail Magic its called Base Coat Therapy, well I got home & was very excited to try this new basecoat, & the first thing I noticed is that it has a pink tone to it. I was hoping once it was on my nail it would dry clear, but it did not, so now apart from having my nails yellow I now have an added pink hue, so the yellow of my nails & the pink from the basecoat make my nails look orange (lol))) But apart from this …

The south-facing glass walls flood the rooms with sunlight during the day and as the nights draw in, the house’s spectacular light-fittings come into their own. The double-height ceilings have allowed for the installation of two chandeliers, which combine droplets of Murano glass suspended on thin wires to create the illusion of balls of brightly coloured light floating in mid-air. In the master bedroom the light-fitting is equally as striking, if on a smaller scale. Like a tangle of wild flowers, red buds emerge from a twisted mass of wires. When switched on, the buds open slightly and gently rotate as if brought suddenly to life. ‘Light in its various forms is a strong theme in the house and was clearly important to the over-all design’ The juxtaposition of the mid-century vogue for straight, clean and almost severe lines with the modern trend for curvature is also a recurring theme. High, geometric windows sit alongside a curved staircase and a boxy corner sofa is offset by the fluid lines of walnut armchairs and circular glass table. The opposing styles could easily clash, but in this case they slot together perfectly to create a soft and welcoming space. The whole house is a mass of stylistic contradictions; the classic and the contemporary, the neutral and the brightly coloured, the linear and the curved. But …

Question by I know EVERYTHING!: Looking for wall art that is composed of pictures of letters from different signs?
The letters spell out words like “family” or “friends”. I saw them a while back but now I cant find them. Anybody know?
